Apple Donuts
For the donuts
1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup Greek yogurt
Apple Topping
2 apples, diced
1 ½ tbsp. salted butter
3 tbsp. Allen’s apple juice
1 tsp. apple pie spice
1 tbsp. flourDirectives

Apple filling: Peel and dice the apples.

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine butter and apple juice.

Add apples and spices, mix well, cover and cook until apples are soft.

Add flour, mix and cook for about 1 minute.

Set aside.

Doughnuts: Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients

Form small balls of dough, making sure to fill them with a small amount of filling.

Space the balls on the baking sheet and bake for about 25 minutes.
