Cranberry Margarita
For the margarita:
2 oz Allen’s cranberry and raspberry cocktail
1 ½ oz Tequila
1 oz Orange liquour
½ oz Rosemary syrup
The juice of ½ lime
Coarse salt for the edge
For the rosemary syrup:
1 cup Water
1 cup Sugar
4 sprigs of rosemary.

For the rosemary syrup: In a small saucepan, bring water to boil. Add the sugar and mix well until it’s completely dissolved.

Add the rosemary and let boil for 2 minutes then remove from the stove.

Let the mixture sit for 30-60 minutes then remove the rosemary sprigs.

For the margarita: In a shaker, add all the ingredients. Shake and pour into a glass ( rimmed with coarse salt). Complete with cranberries and rosemary sprigs
