Cranberry Sauce
4 cups Fresh or frozen cranberries
1 cup Allen’s Cranberry cocktail
1 ½ cups Maple syrup
1 Orange
1 tsp. Ground cinnamon
¼ tsp. Ground anise
½ tsp. Ground nutmeg
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
¼ tsp. Salt

In a saucepan, add the cranberries. Add the orange juice and the peels.

Add the rest of the ingredients and bring everything to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes or until thick.

Remove from the heat then remove the orange peels.

Pour everything into a pot and let cool.
