Pomegranate Mint Mojitos
1/2 cup (125 mL) packed fresh mint leaves
3 tbsp (45 mL) lime juice
3 tbsp (45 mL) agave syrup
1 cup (250 mL) ice cubes
1 1/3 cups (325 mL) Allen’s cranberry cocktail
6 oz (175 mL) white rum
1/4 cup (60 mL) pomegranate arils
1 cup (250 mL) sparkling water
4 fresh mint sprigs

Divide mint leaves, lime juice and agave syrup among 4 tall glasses; muddle with handle of wooden spoon. Top with ice.

Pour in Allen’s cranberry cocktail and rum; divide pomegranate arils among glasses.

Stir to combine; top with sparkling water. Garnish with mint sprigs.
